Creative Ways to Increase Your Exposure!

SOLD-Risk & Insurance® Cover Photo Promotion – $31,500
A professional photographer will take attendees' pictures that will be featured on 8" x 10" mock-ups of Risk & Insurance® Magazine's cover. Your logo appears on the cover photo frame and invitations. Plus, attendees will come to your booth to pick up their photos. Call for details on additional benefits of this sponsorship.

Registration Bags – $18,500
The first item spoken for almost every year. Each conference registrant receives a top quality bag with your logo and the conference logo. This sponsorship provides great exposure long after the event has ended as attendees bring the bags home to use.

SOLD-Registration Area – $15,000
Your company's logo will be one of the first things attendees see as we include your four-color logo on the kick panels of the registration booths where they pick up their credentials. Add the signs we produce for this area right outside the show floor and you've got the first big visibility of any company participating in the event!

Cyber Café – $15,000
A popular offering that attendees appreciate! An Internet station will be set up inside the Expo Hall so attendees can surf the Internet and check their e-mail at one of six workstations. As the sponsor, you have signs at the stations and your logo appears on all of the computer screens!

Thursday's Box Lunch in the Expo Hall – $15,000
We're expecting just about every conference attendee at this event in the hall. We'll insert the promotional piece that you provide in all of the "lunch boxes" so that everyone will receive one. You can provide napkins and cups with your company's logo, and we'll supply signs that no one will miss!

SOLD-Badge Inserts – $13,000
Attendees can't help but remember your name when they look at badges each day that carry your company's logo. This sponsorship provides thousands of exposures over the course of the conference.

Audio / Visual – $12,000
Here's a sponsorship that will have your logo in front of attendees throughout the entire conference! A four-color sign with your company's logo will be the first thing people see as they enter all of the meeting rooms where our sessions are held. This amounts to more than 30 "mini" sponsorships — a great value.

SOLD-Badge Lanyards – $12,000
This popular item is a high-visibility opportunity to increase the awareness of your company at the show. We reproduce your logo on more than 2,000 lanyards that attendees will use to hold their name badges.

SOLD-Program Materials – $10,000
Sponsor the program materials which are made available online, and you'll gain visibility that lasts well after the event. We'll print a four-color insert with your company's logo for the show bags that provides attendees with the password to access all the materials from the event. Then your link and logo will appear prominently on our home page for months after the last session ends.

Expo Hall Floor Plans – $8,500
Attendees use this handy stand-alone copy of the Expo Hall floor plan with the list of exhibitors to help them navigate the show floor. Your company's four-color ad fills one page and your logo is given a prominent place on the plan itself.

Banner Signage – $8,000
We'll produce your four-color banner that will be prominently displayed in the walkway attendees will use to enter the Convention Center. A great way to increase your visibility at the show! Call Fred Kurst at 703-393-8304 for details on where your banner will hang. Includes the cost of the banner!

Expo Hall Carpet Stickers - $7,000
Eye-catching and hard to miss! Place your logo and booth number strategically on the main walkways of the Expo Hall. We'll adhere six of your four-color logos (approximately 3' x 5) to the Expo's carpeted aisles in high-traffic areas. A great way to reach attendees as they tour the exhibits! Just provide us with your logo and we'll do the rest.

SOLD-Raffle Drawing Sponsor – $7,000
Two lucky attendees will go home with gift cards from a drawing held during the show. As the sponsor, your logo will appear on the raffle cards and the signs about the drawing at the entrance to the Expo Hall as well as at the ticket tumbler where we’ll draw the winner. You’ll also be guaranteed to serve as one of the raffle stations during the show assuring extra traffic at your booth.

SOLD-Session Notepads – $6,500
We'll place the notepads that you provide on each seat at the general sessions and at the entrance to all of the session rooms throughout the event. Attendees will use them to take notes during the meeting and won't be able to miss your marketing message as they write!

Wednesday's Dessert Break in the Expo Hall – $6,000
We'll feature a complimentary dessert in the Expo Hall following Wednesday's luncheon, linking your company's name with an event that everyone enjoys. Enhance your exposure by providing napkins and coffee cups with your logo. Of course, we'll produce signs that thank your company for satisfying every attendee's sweet tooth.

Morning Refreshment Breaks – Wednesday and/or Thursday – $6,000 each

After that first morning session, everyone needs a break to enjoy a cup of coffee or a soda. Sponsor this event and all of the attendees will surely thank you. Each break is held in the Expo Hall. We'll provide signs at each food and beverage station. You can provide cups and napkins with your logo and promotional material at the tables.

Afternoon Refreshment Breaks – Wednesday and/or Thursday – $6,000 each
The perfect cure for the mid-day slump! This sponsorship includes custom-made signs with your name and logo that we'll prominently display where attendees will go to eat and drink. Each break will be held in the Expo Hall before the last conference session of the day. You can provide cups and napkins with your logo and promotional material at the tables.

Water Bottles – $5,500 (half day)
When attendees need to rehydrate, they’ll reach for water bottles with your company’s logo. Stations will be set up near session rooms and in high-traffic areas so they’ll be easily accessible for all attendees. Such a popular sponsorship, we’ve broken it down into two opportunities each day of the conference.

Schedule of Events – $5,000/day
Your logo will be prominently featured on a flyer listing the next day’s schedule of events. These flyers will be delivered to attendees’ rooms each evening ensuring that they see your company's logo.

Continental Breakfasts – Wednesday and/or Thursday – $4,500 each
Get the attendees off to a great start — and get them thinking about your company — first thing in the morning. Each breakfast will feature your company's logo prominently displayed on professionally produced signs near many food and beverage stations. Send us napkins and cups with your logo to increase your visibility!

SOLD-Registration Pens – $4,000
Your company will be the exclusive provider of the pens used at registration. The pens that you provide with your company’s logo will be one of the first sponsored items that attendees see.

Expo Hall Aisle Signs – $3,000 per aisle
We incorporate your company's logo with the show logo on a four-color drop-down aisle sign in the Expo Hall. It's a great way to get your name in front of attendees as they navigate the show. The 2008 event will feature 11 opportunities to sponsor an aisle sign. Call for multiple aisle sponsorship discounts.
