A professional photographer will take attendees' pictures that will be featured on 8" x 10" mock-ups of Risk & Insurance® magazine's cover. Your logo appears on the cover photo frame and invitations. Registration Bags – $20,000 SOLD
The first item spoken for almost every year. Each conference registrant receives a top quality bag imprinted with your logo and the conference logo. This sponsorship provides great exposure long after the event has ended as attendees take the bags home to use.
Wednesday's Luncheon – $17,000
Your company will take center stage at an event attended by virtually every conference attendee! We'll recognize you from the podium, plus provide signage that can be seen throughout the event by the audience. This high profile event will provide your company with some of best visibility available at this year's conference.
Registration Area – $15,000
Your company's logo will be one of the first things attendees see as we include your four-color logo on the kick panels of the registration booths where they pick up their credentials. Add the signs we produce for this area right outside the show floor, and you've got the first big visibility of any company participating in the event!
Thursday's Box Lunch in the Expo Hall – $13,500
Just about every conference attendee picks up their box lunch. We'll insert the promotional piece that you provide in all of the "lunch boxes" so that everyone receives one and we'll supply signs that no one will miss! Here's a sponsorship that will have your logo in front of attendees throughout the entire conference! A four-color sign with your company's logo will be the first thing people see as they enter the session meeting rooms. A full A/V Sponsorship amounts to more than 50 "mini" sponsorships – a great value.
Program Materials – $10,500
Sponsor the program materials which are made available online, and you'll gain visibility that lasts well after the event. We'll print, and insert in the show bags, a four-color flyer with your company's logo that gives attendees the password to access all the materials from the event. And, your link and logo will appear prominently on our home page for months after the last session ends.
Expo Hall Floor Plans – $8,500
Attendees use this 4-page stand-alone copy of the Expo Hall Floor Plan, with the list of exhibitors, to help them navigate the show floor. Your company's four-color ad fills the entire back page and your logo is given a prominent place on the plan itself.
Raffle Drawing Sponsor – $7,000 SOLD
Three lucky attendees will go home with gift cards from a drawing held during the show. As the sponsor, your logo will appear on the raffle cards and on signs about the drawing at the entrance to the Expo Hall, as well as near the ticket tumbler where we’ll draw the winner. You’ll also be guaranteed to serve as one of the raffle card validation stations during the show, assuring extra traffic to your booth.

We'll place the notepads that you provide on tables at the general sessions and at the entrance to each session room throughout the event. Attendees will use them to take notes during the sessions and won't be able to miss your marketing message as they write!
USB Flash Drive – $6,000
Give each full conference attendee a sure to be used gift — a branded flash memory drive. You provide the flash drives, and we'll place them in the attendee bags. This valuable giveaway will be utilized by attendees on a regular basis long after they leave the conference — and they’ll think of your company every time.
Wednesday's Dessert Break in the Expo Hall – $5,000
We'll feature a complimentary dessert in the Expo Hall following Wednesday's luncheon, linking your company's name with an event that everyone enjoys. Enhance your exposure by providing napkins and coffee cups with your logo. Of course, we'll produce signs that thank your company for satisfying every attendee's sweet tooth.
Schedule of Events – $5,000/day
Your logo and marketing message will be prominently featured on a flyer listing the next day’s schedule of events. These flyers will be delivered to attendees’ rooms each evening ensuring that they see your company's logo.
Exhibitor Lounge – $5,000
Are you marketing to the exhibitors? If so, then this is the sponsorship for you. Get your message in front of our exhibitors as they head into this lounge, stocked with beverages and snacks. Tables and chairs are provided, so be sure to bring literature that exhibitors can browse through as they take a break from the show floor.
Refreshment Breaks
Attendees will be sure to thank you for providing a well-deserved break in between sessions. We'll produce and prominently display signs with your logo at several food and beverage stations in the Expo Hall. Further your exposure by providing cups and napkins with your logo as well as promotional material at the tables.

We incorporate your company's logo with the show logo on a four-color drop-down aisle sign in the Expo Hall. It's a great way to get your name in front of attendees as they navigate the show.
