Registration is $125 for the Pre-Conference Symposium. Fee includes attendance at symposium, admission to Nov. 19-20 National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference® Expo, refreshment breaks, and one set of symposium program materials.

Super Pass Registration includes access to National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference® and Workers’ Compensation in the Federal Workplace sessions and program materials (excluding pre-symposium), continental breakfast each morning, refreshment breaks, luncheons, and Expo.

Our team discount program makes it affordable for your entire team to attend. After the first 2 full-price registrations, each additional registration receives a 30% discount. Only one discount may be taken per attendee. Discounts must be taken at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. A registration form must be filled out for each team member and all team registrants must be submitted together to receive discount. Team registrations can not be done online. The Conference Staff is available to accommodate persons with special needs. Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference and call 1-800-727-1227 with your request.

Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing on or before October 17, 2008 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after October 17, 2008, will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations for the National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference® will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. LRP Publications reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP's liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

CLE credit for attorneys will be applied for upon request at registration. Contact your State Bar if you are uncertain about mandatory CLE requirements or approval criteria, or contact LRP's CLE Coordinator toll-free at 1-800-727-1227. LRP Conferences is an MCLE-approved provider for the State Bars of California, Delaware, Missouri, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Certificates of attendance will be available at the registration desk. CEU will be applied for upon request at registration. Please note: Most organizations/associations require a minimum of 60 – 90 days notice for processing.
