National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference^® & Expo registration includes access to National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference^® sessions and program materials (excluding pre-conference symposium), continental breakfast each morning, refreshment breaks, lunches and Expo.

Daily Pass registration includes attendance at available sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, and Expo on the specified day.

Expo Only registration includes access to the November 20 - 21 Expo and Expo events. Solicitation on the Expo floor by non-exhibiting companies and individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion. Show Management reserves the right to deny access to the Expo to anyone deemed not qualified.

Qualified Professionals must meet one of the following criteria for Expo registration in advance or on-site:

You are an executive,practitioner, attorney, nurseor analyst who handles workers’ compensation, disability and/or risk control for your organization. 

You are a consultant, sourcing or selection advisor, analyst, student or academic with a primary interest in workers’ compensation, risk or disability management.

All requests for registration to the Expo will be reviewed and qualified individually. You may be required to provide additional documentation for qualification, such as a company website. You will be notified if your registration is not approved. The National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference® & Expo reserves the right to decline admission to the Expo at its own discretion. 

Other Professionals include but are not limited to: Employees of Workers’ Compensation and Disability vendors not exhibiting at the 22nd Annual National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference^® & Expo, financial services professionals, and anyone who cannot demonstrate a valid connection to the workers’ compensation, disability and risk industry.

Only one discount may be taken per attendee. Team rates can not be combined with any other discount offer. To qualify to receive team rates, you must submit a minimum of 4 registrations together. No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration.

The conference is routinely approved for AAOHN, CDMSC, CCMC, CRCC, CWCP and HRCI credits.

Please request CEU/CLE credit on your conference registration form.

CEUs are applied for upon request and require a minimum of 60-90 days notice for processing. LRP cannot guarantee CEU approval will be granted by all associations.

CLEs are applied for upon request and require a minimum of 30 days notice for processing for LRP to apply to your state for CLE credit at no charge. Late requests (those received within 30 days of the conference) will incur a $45.00 processing fee.

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing on or before October 20, 2013, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after October 20 will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations for the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference® will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. LRP reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrants. In case of conference cancellation, LRP’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
