Premium Pass registration includes access to conference sessions and online program materials, continental breakfast Wed. - Fri., lunch Wed. and Thurs., and all Expo activities.
Daily Pass registration includes access to sessions, online program materials, meals and activities on your chosen day plus Expo admittance.
Expo Only registration entitles you access to the Expo Hall ONLY. Access to sessions is prohibited. Any session selections made on an Expo Only registration will NOT be honored. In order to attend sessions you must possess a valid Premium or Daily Pass registration.
After the first 2 Premium Pass registrants at the prevailing rate, each additional registrant saves 30% off that rate. To receive team rates, you must submit a minimum of 3 registrations from the same organization together. Discounted team rates cannot be combined with any other discount offer. No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. Team registrations can be done online.

Credit Card Processing Policy
Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. ANY PAYMENT CHANGES will result in an administrative fee.
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by November 6, 2017 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250 for Premium and Daily Passes, and $25 for an Expo Only Pass. Cancellations received after November 6 will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds or substitutions to firstname.lastname@example.org. LRP reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP's liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without notice.
Unpaid cancellations for the conference will be billed for the appropriate fee.

The conference is routinely approved for AAOHN, CDMSC, CCMC, CRCC, CWCP and HRCI credits.
Please request CEU/CLE credit on your conference registration form.
CEUs are applied for upon request and require a minimum of 60-90 days notice for processing. LRP cannot guarantee CEU approval will be granted by all associations.
CLEs are applied for upon request and require a minimum of 30 days notice for processing for LRP to apply to your state for CLE credit at no charge. Late requests (those received within 30 days of the conference) will incur a $45.00 processing fee.
